For all exams that start at 9.30am learners should arrive at school no later than 9.10am. For all exams that start at 1.30pm learners should arrive at their exam room no later than 13.10pm. If a learner misses any examination they will not be able to sit it at another time and will receive no marks for that paper.

In the event that an exam cannot take place as timetabled due to widespread, sustained national or local disruption in the UK, the awarding bodies may decide to cancel exams on one or more days and re-schedule them at the end of the summer exams; 29th June 2022 has been allocated for this purpose.

Any learner sitting exams in the summer series must remain available to attend the Academy until the 29th of June, regardless of their final exam date on their summer exam timetable. Therefore, holidays etc. should only be booked after this date in case exams need to be re-arranged.

Any plans made before this date are made at their own risk.

If there are no incidents, when an individual learner’s last written exam has taken place, as per their exam timetable, the contingency day for that learner becomes obsolete.
