Karen Fergusson
GEMS coordinator
Karen has worked for the service for over 20 years.
She has the responsibility of organising all aspects of GEMS, including induction and the everyday running of the provision.
Karen also line manages the teaching and support staff thus ensuring the unit provides a wraparound support to our learners enabling them to be the best version of themselves and become responsible and valuable members of society.
