Sarah Judge
Vice Principal for Quality of Education
Sarah has responsibility across the school for the strategic leadership and management of the curriculum, teaching and learning, and outcomes. She also acts as the designated teacher for ‘Looked After Children’ and is the BTEC Quality Nominee.
Sarah has worked in education in Peterborough for 20 years, starting as a PE teacher in the city, and immediately prior to working at RBA, was a senior leader in a mainstream secondary school. She is passionate about ensuring all children, regardless of their background, are able to reach their full potential. She truly believes that high-quality care, breaking down barriers to learning, and re-engaging learners with their education is the key to success.
